Is it possible to return my order?
Yes, it is possible.
If you are not satisfied with the items you ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.
In this case, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order still contains all appropriate parts and components, and the packaging has arrived exactly as the product.
- Normal handling of the product is evident, and breakage due to negligent handling is excluded.
- Products where hygiene is important must be carefully cleaned before the return process begins.
- The product was found defective immediately upon receipt.
- We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping fees.
- A return will be processed within 7 working days, and if the conditions are met, the return will be officially acknowledged within this period.
We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect the items have been used or damaged through no fault of ours.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, you should proceed as follows to initiate the return process:
- Send an email to: info@nebeysjewelry.com
- Ensure the email contains the following:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product in case of damage
- First name + last name of the customer
- Customer's address
We will then contact you and provide the return address.
Never send the return to the sender; we will send you the correct address after you request it. You, the customer, are responsible for the shipping fees related to returning the product.
CANCELLATION
The consumer has the right of withdrawal under the following provision if the consumer is a natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are not primarily related to their commercial or professional activities:
A. CONDITIONS OF WITHDRAWAL
Right of withdrawal
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, received or accepted the last item.
Since we work with a fully automated system, orders are processed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we cannot interrupt the shipping process until delivery, so a refund is not possible upon receipt of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform Nebeys Jewelry via a clear statement (e.g., by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is complete when we have received the goods. Return shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense.
Tracking of Goods in Transit
Since our goods are shipped from Asia, transit times may be longer, over which we have no control. If the goods are already on their way to you, cancellation is not possible. Please wait until you have received the goods and then return them to us. Of course, you can inform us of your cancellation in advance.
To ensure the fastest possible return process, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments we have received from you, excluding shipping fees (excluding any additional fees resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days after the day we received the notification of your withdrawal from this contract and the receipt of the goods. For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will this refund incur a fee.
ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
